Upgrade Details
The date of the original purchase of your Animas® pump will determine the cost of the Animas® 2020 insulin pump:
Purchased less than 12 months: $299.00
13 to 24 months from original purchase date: $399.00
25 to 36 months from original purchase date: $599.00
37 to 48 months from original purchase date: $899.00
Program is only available for U.S. customers.
Terms and Conditions for ezAccess Upgrade Program:
Billing: Once your new Animas 2020 ships, your credit card will be billed.
Warranty: The remaining warranty on your current Animas pump will apply to your new Animas 2020 insulin pump.
Insurance: This is not a reimbursable program and Animas Corporation is not able to bill insurance for the ezAccess Upgrade Program.
Trade In: You are required to return your current Animas insulin pump within 30 days of receipt of your new Animas 2020 insulin pump to:

A postage paid envelope with delivery confirmation will be provided. If you do not return your old insulin pump, you will be billed for the full amount of the new Animas 2020 insulin pump.
Exclusions: The ezAccess Upgrade Program is not a covered benefit under the Veterans Administration (VA), Medicare and Medicaid programs. Patients covered by the VA, and Medicare and Medicaid patients are not eligible for this program.
